A dozen civil society organisations (CSOs) that are undertaking projects geared towards capacity building, skills enhancement and advocacy have each been awarded grant funding made available under the final year of the 9th European Development Fund Programme aimed at “Empowering Non-State Actors in Seychelles”.
Following the recent call for proposals, a total of 26 potential projects were submitted by 19 NGOs. However, only 12 proposals were selected for funding. The grants recipients and successful projects are a follows:
