After 25 years of existence, LUNGOS has today held its last AGM. 42 NGO’s attended the meeting held at STC Conference Room.Following the adoption of the 2013 AGM minutes, members were presented with the Secretariat’s Report, Commission’s Report and the Chairperson’s Report. LUNGOS auditor Mr Ashwin Banderi presented the Financial report for 2014.
Members also dealt with matters to do with dissolution of LUNGOS and establishment of the Citizens Engagement Platform Seychelles, the new platform for civil society in Seychelles.
In consideration of Article 12: Dissolution of LUNGOS, members voted by a show of hands, closing the doors of the platform for non-governmental organisations in Seychelles.
