The Head of the (International Organization for Migration) IOM office based in Mauritius, Mr Van Lidth’s, today held bilateral discussions with the Vice-Chairperson, Commissioner Gender Rights and Governance and CEO of CEPS. 
The main purpose of his visit in Seychelles was to launch the Human Trafficking campaign on 24th of November 2014.
During discussions with CEPS, various issues were raised and discussed, including: migration profile, the Seychelles diaspora, rights of migrants, labor and migration, regional programmes under SADC and IOC, the need for a civil society study on migration issues etc.
Mr. Lidth has stated his wish to keep in touch with CEPS so that any future national programmes may also incorporate civil society.
